At PollenPro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a problem, with your order, please contact us and and we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and work toward a resolution.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we process orders quickly during bloom season, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order has been placed.


Returns

Because fruit tree pollen is a perishable biological product, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. However, if you experience a shipping problem, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
